I suffer from insomnia and am looking for a home remedy. Came across Wilsen sisters food cure and they guarantee a cure. Please help. thanks

Strange as it may sound, try cutting up a raw onion and placing it underneath your pillow at night. Some folks swear that it helps them to fall asleep. If that's too close for comfort, then cut up a yellow onion and put it a glass jar, covering it with a lid, and have it available at your bedside. When you have trouble getting to sleep, take a sniff of the onions, which assist you in dozing off.
