yea ive had it …
yea ive had it since middle school. as for things i do…..well lets just say im in the prosess of not sleeping and youtube has givin me entertainment. i also play a mmorpg some….those are boring tho so not often. i listen to music draw smoke cigs, w/e. ive been thinking about goin to a therapist or somthing, anyone have any advice for that? also if u wanna talk let me know. im always up past 2 usually to 4 or later….

I have insomnia …
I have insomnia like you, sounds pretty much like me. I don’t think that if you actually have the clinical insomnia, you can cure it fully.
I’ve read that even with the most professional help, there is not always a cure, and when there is, the relapse rate is extremely high.
Basically it’s ruined my life, but the best I can think of is to structure your life to take into account your insomnia if it’s really bad. Hope that helps you man… Hang in there…

I can’t get rid of …
