    insomnia is the inability to fall asleep, the inability to stay asleep or both. You can find info on it almost anywhere. Try WebMD.

    Insomnia

    is a symptom of a sleeping disorder characterized by persistent difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep despite the opportunity. Insomnia is a symptom, not a stand-alone diagnosis or a disease. By definition, insomnia is “difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or both” and it may be due to inadequate quality or quantity of sleep. It is typically followed by functional impairment while awake. Insomniacs have been known to complain about being unable to close their eyes or “rest their mind” for more than a few minutes at a time. Both organic and non-organic insomnia constitute a sleep disorder.

    im just gonna tell it like it is. It’s been a long day that has left you dead tired, downright bushed. Yet it’s happening again. You lie in bed, wide awake in the middle of the night. You hit the hay 3 hours ago, but try as you might, there’s no way you can catch the dreamland express.

    Insomnia is where a people has lack of sleep, if you try google search engine that will help but i suggest you contact your family doctor he/she might prescribe some sleeping pills for you. if she/he dont drink a cup of hot milk with a dash of brandy and try and empty your mind and relax then you will drop off to sleep and maybe not feel so tired in mornings.
