What do you recommend to fight off insomnia?

DOn’t smoke pot lol. I remember getting so higih once I couldn’t tell lif i slept or i just thought I slept.
Anyway, drink less sugar and soday during the day and insomia will go away =)
Try TEA, green tea, with a spoon of sugar. It’s a nice replacement for soda.

Exert energy earlier in day so that way you are physically exhausted by later that night. Lay down even before you go to sleep insomnia is all in the head and laying down and being comfortable will fight against that.

don’t drink caffeine within 2 hours of going to bed. try not to watch tv in bed or read books in bed. you need to devote it to just sleep. your mind can actually associate other things with the bed and say… oh wait…we arent supposed to sleep, you gotta outsmart the insomnia. i agree also with smoking pot. it really does help

finish some kind of small project. It’ll put you to sleep faster.
a beer could either put you right to sleep or keep you up all night.
do something like cleaning your room or writing a poem.
