    Create a video blog…instantly.

I have the same problem and this works for me: when I can’t fall asleep, I lay on may back. While I do have the urge after a while to turn to one side, I refrain. I stay on my back for as long as I can withstand it. When I finally turn, I usually fall asleep quickly.

You can try soothing music as another alternative.

Well, try taking benadryl (diphenhydramine ) 25mg to start. Do it on a night that you have no where to go the next day to see how if effects your body. Melatonin is also used for people who have trouble sleeping, again test on a day you have not obligations to attend. Both are over-the-counter and in a different class than the famous ambien.

There is a new cure out which is all natural. It’s called Sleep Once Again. My mom used it and seemed to find some relief from it.
