    If you are a doctor you should already know what you should take for sleep. Melatonin is natural and non-habit forming. Soft music turned low in the background (nature sounds or classical baby lullabies help me get to sleep) relax your breathing—-in and out, in and out. Just think these words so your brain does not think about anything else. And while laying in bed start praying, even the rosery, I always fall off to sleep. Try it.
