I’ve always had trouble sleeping my whole life, but now I fall asleep at like 8 in the morning. And Sometimes (more then i would like to) I don’t sleep AT ALL. I stay up for two days, and I think that I’m going to have a nice early sleep that night, but i still stay up till like 6 or 7. Is that insomnia and should I get some prescribed sleeping pills? I can’t deal with this anymore, even when I’m realy tired I can’t sleep.

    Its when you can’t sleep.You should go and get some sleeping pills also read a book for a long time at night that may help.

    yeah thats insomnia….my mother has it. Get some pills and see and doc and see what they say….maybe you can do it naturally rather than with pills.:)

    hmmmm… Its really a bad thing. Well, I don’t have knowledge about this but when I can’t go to sleep, I think of something nice… Like a nice place… Memories of the past, childhood interests… Nice things… Just relax yourself, think that you’re relly tired, and drink milk. Peace on Earth!

    lunesta? didn’t help me
    tranquilizers? no
    ambien? not a chance
    ambien cr ? No better

    I had no luck with any of them

    your’e probably thinking about it too much, just watch a bit of tv before sleep, relax and switch it off when your eyes get heavy. then just lie there and you should be able to sleep. if not just go see a doctor & he will sort you out with something…
