For whatever reason, I find it so hard to sleep anymore. I have done everything possible to try to go to sleep. I have taken sleeping pills to try to get on a sleeping track but as soon as I stop the pills the sleeplessness returns. I don’t know what my problem is. I have been soo tired I couldn’t move and still I would lay awake for hours. It just seem so hopeless. When I do actually fall asleep its atleast 3-4am and I am so drained the next morning. I have no problems with naps during the day but when it comes to night…I just can’t go to sleep. Help Me!
