I have a hard time falling asleep. I end up going to bed at 5-6 am. Its frustrating.
When I go to bed my thoughts race and i can’t sleep.

What are some natural sleeping remedies.

once i stayed up awake for almost five days straight..well, not fully awake, i did fall asleep for half and hour the third day.,…but the rest, i was wide awake. i have been an insomniac for years… until i went to see a lung doctor for my refluxes and he prescribed me a natural Melatonin supplement.
at first i was skeptical for i am not a big fan of medicine, but the doctore assured me that Melatonin is not a medicine..it’s a supplement and it is very safe to consume for it is not addictive.
when i got home from the doctor, i took one Melatonin tablet. only less than half an hour after, i was already soooooo very sleepy. i went to bed early that night… maybe the first time after all these years of staying up late and not feeling sleepy at all.
i only took about three Melatonins and now, i am cured. though somehow, after i took each of the tablet, i had this weird dreams..but my doctor said that it’s normal. it’s hormonal… and Melatonin is good for the hormones. so..my answer is..Melatonin. thank you. Gbu.

    Herbal Melatonin pills… I am not a doctor or some scientist but I use them every night. But I need 2 because one doesnt work for me… It is a great sleep aid that has none to barely sleep dependancy and it is pretty cheap. Just pick some up at a local drug store or try Wal Mart.

    The amino acid L-tryptophan, you can get it from "Now". Not only will you sleep at night but you will wake up in the morning refreshed!

    I drink lavender tea whenever I have a hard time falling a sleep. It calms me down and puts me to sleep.

    Melatonin is a great sleep aid! I took it as a teenage or else I would lay awake until 2 or 3 in the morning. I haven’t used it in about 5 years now and I sleep fine. It doesn’t have any side effects and you don’t become dependent of it. Take 1-2 pills about 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime and you should be pretty sleepy by the time you go to bed.
