i am trying to go to bed at 9pm now to get used to it for school. i don’t have caffeine (chocolate, coke.etc) after 3pm and go out running for 30-45mins a day. i am a 12 year old girl by the way. can i please have some natural home remedies to go to sleep? and i am really tired right now but if i have a nap i wont be able to sleep at 9pm tonight so what are some natural home remedies that i can use to stay away for about 3 hours or so.no rude comments, thanks.
i always find lavender oil is great for helping me to sleep if you have a radiator in your room (and its at least warm) a couple of drops on the rad puts a lovely scent around the room or even a couple of drops on your pillowcase or a tissue it really helps to relax and help you drift off in a nice relaxed sleep or in a warm bath or shower (also good for headaches, pimples and it’s one of the oils that can be applied neat to the skin) happy zzzzzzzzzzz’s

Sorry this isn’t really an answer, I just wanted to show my support as I have the same difficulties going to sleep at the right time! I’ll put some helpful websites in the ’sources’ box below! Good Luck! x
