Natural sleep remedies?

Ok so i have a really hard time falling asleep i DEFINITELY don’t want to use drugs or anything and I am pretty young….. so i was just wondering if anyone had a good natural/homemade sleep remedy. Please help! And thanks in advance!!
Ha ha thx! i dont really like warm mild though…… and i am reading a REALLY good book…… and i loveee reading sooooo……… wow i am just messing myself up……… but really thanks!

drink warm milk or eat a few slices of thin sliced turkey. Starting at your toes, contract all the your muscles in your body and hold for 5 seconds and then release and relax, then do your ankles, calves and keep moving up your body. read a very involved complicated boring book. I am going to sleep just thinking about this stuff. G.L.

Melatonin is a completely natural sleep aid that you can buy quite cheaply in any drugstore that carries vitamins. Melatonin is naturally produced in your brain, so you can’t hurt your body by taking it properly.
