I gyming everyday, i’m writing exams practically everyday and i’m studying for hours. Yes I do occasionally wtch TV during my breaks, but gosh i’m like wide a wake at this time and I normally go to bed at this time. Help me please, I’m actually going for a bath now, hope that will work.

Also it’s vita; that I have good night sleep tonight, I have a huge major exam tomorrow and boy i’m stressing.

This isn’t natural but it works. Take a Benadryl or a pm pill. You can also try Melatonin. It is made naturally by the body so taking it will just add extra melatonin to your system. Eating Turkey or chicken (especially turkey) has a natural sleep aid in it. Why do you think everyone gets so sleepy after a Thanksgiving meal. No Caffeine or chocolate for several hours before bedtime (at least 6-8 for me or I’m up all night). Warm milk is good as is camomile tea but the best is a Benadryl.

right all you need is a joint. get a tenners out, get one of your friends who know dealers, and getcha self a nice bud and smoke it.
seriously, cannabis helps you unwind, keep steady and sleep so well. it also makes you feel so refreshed in the morning, and it DOES NOT make your short term memory bad.
Ive done it before, just before an exam aswell, so its all good dont you worry:) xxxx

I’ve heard that warm milk helps a lot of people. You can also try: taking a warm bath, getting a massage, listening to music, drinking herbal tea, counting sheep, deep breathing, earplugs, or a short walk before you go to sleep. I’ve taken AP Psychology in school and when we were studying insomnia, these were some of the skills that we learned to help people suffering from insomnia.

    I hope this helps!
