Remember how sleepy you are after the big Thanksgiving dinner when turkey has been served and you ate it?  Well, hello tryp!  Also, camomile tea is a natural relaxer.  Now on to some minerals: 400mg. of magnesium helps the muscles to relax. The momentary relaxer is a very warm bath.  Long-term is the magnesium. Taking it 2 hours before bed is recommended.  My chiropractor told me this because I was having trouble sleeping through the night.  I&#39;d been taking 600 mg. of Ibuprophen, but that can play havoc on your body.  There is also melatonin which is a natural.  Look it up on GOOGLE.
