You are fine… Yours is not insomnia… If you eat before you go to sleep that ll happen or change your bath….
your solution is to change your habitat and make it suitable for you to sleep…
    Insomnia is what i have…
Imagine that u can ever can go to sleep but only u can fall asleep without knowing what time u went to sleep….

    insomnia

My thoughts race when I’m trying to go to sleep. Simply said, I can’t relax enough (and stop thinking) to actually pass out. My mind will just wonder from one topic to the next and the next thing I know I’ve been laying awake for 8 hours, and it’s time to get up.

To solve this, I started focusing on my breathing and nothing. Quite literally, when I’m ready to go to sleep I take slow, deep breaths (not heavy), and I keep repeating the word “nothing” to myself. Not long after I start doing that I’m out cold. It only takes me 5 minutes!

    insomnia

You’re sure that you have insomnia and it’s caused by some stress? Well, there are medications for insomnia. I’d recommend Lunesta. It helps you fall asleep very quickly, and many doctors prescribe it. Sonata is another sleeping pill that stays in the body a shorter amount of time, but it allows you to try to fall asleep by yourself. And finally, Benzodiazephines. These stay in your system for a longer period of time and they’re very effective. If you don’t want to use any medication, you can try: taking a warm bath right before you go to sleep, and breathing deeply. Also, if you picture yourself sinking into your mattress, it really helps. I’ve tried myself, and it’s a very comforting feeling. So stretch out on your bed. Listening to a playlist of your own music helps A LOT. For me, it doesn’t matter what type of music. I was listening to metal, and I wasn’t necessarily tired, and yet I found it easier to sleep with music. Try to close your eyes most of the time even if you’re not sleeping. You’ll drift into sleep after a while. My last solution would be: fantasize about something. As odd as it may seem, it really helps. Close your eyes and set yourself in a story. Before you know it, your brain will get tired, and you’ll fall asleep. Hope this helps you.

Try the all time sleep aide Turkey yes turkey.
After thanksgiving dinner I always fall asleep.
Have a healthy turkey dinner sandwich every night
and cut back on drinking any tea or coffee during the dayspecially after 6 pm caffiene may be the culprit.
Also go to your local pharmacy and buy a packette of benidril
benidril is a decongestant and taken at night as you lay down
youll have a longer sleep specially with having eating turkey
    sandwiches at night.
Then have a hot milk chocolate right before bed
also make it a ritual to have a hot shower before bed
make it as hot as you can stand and youll sleep like a babe.
If this doesnot work for you try the last for sure cure for sleep
do somesmall stretching yoga for a hour before bed
with deep breathing and with a mind thought of a hot sunset
awash all over you wear very loose cloth as you bend and stretch and put your body in to very stretching moves
and do the moves like raising your body up off the floor leaving your hips on the floor just bending your head back toward your hips at the top of your arms as you do a push up
up dawh is whats this is called then reverse the move and
bend over at the waist with your hands on the ground and your feet close together like your butt is being pushed into the air with your hands out in front of you and your feet holding your bum in the air in a A type move make your body into a A
then sit with your left leg out and cross the other leg infront of you and lean your forehead to the floor pressing the leg in front into a stretch and the hip of the leg crossed is being
pressed to the floor its really a unconfortable pose but
the yoga will oxygenate the body and when you lay down
your going to be so relax your no longer in pain in these
yoga moves you will relax and drop off to sleep really well.
If you arent cured of the insomnia problem after the first week
seek professional help dude for your beyond basics and you need sleep aides and medical services. It can be very
mental straining. to have this specially if you work odd hours.
    Cheers

Try drinking milk or eating rice before going to bed, both contain melatonin, a natural sleeping aid, which help you sleep better. From
