Insomnia is just …
Insomnia is just awful… I have occasionally taken mild pills, but I would not want to be a regular user (and it freaks me out that millions of older Americans including McCain are regular users). Avoiding alcohol, exercise and the best (unspoken) cure–sex-, are much better than pills
