Im seen a psychiatrist in the morning and i can’t sleep, seem to have in insomnia/anxiety right now. I worrry way to much about everything. I just can’t handle pressure. I just feel weak at it.

    dialate……….. however it settles down over time. For myself, the neuronal pathways in my poor head are so accustom to SSNRI’s, they begin acting within almost hours of taking them!!….

    Just at all costs, avoid weigh gaining anti deps, and refuse to ever get lost in the poly-med nightmare some poor souls are stuck with…

    They are really …
    They are really quite simplistic drugs, and when you “get a feel” you actually begin to become very sensitive to their invidual character…. like any drug really, clean/bad e.t.c , essentially its no different with prescription meds. Some are just very sloppy,sedating awful experiences.

    If the depression is extreme…… out of all the meds, and they claim to be different for eveyone, but their effect profiles certainly aren’t…

    effexor is hellious, it will make you fat,sweaty and impotent………. HOWEVER……

    they isolated the metabolite of effexor recently, re-released it as PRESTIQ……

    I have been on every anti dep you imagine thoughout the 90’s to now…… and i can honestly attest to it being VERY CLEAN, (no sexual side effects! AT ALL, no sweating,)

    ive suffered …
    ive suffered incapacitating depression all my life untill now……

    out of all the solutions..

    Walking/running.. untill you learn to enjoy the pain… is one of the most full proof ways of healing your state of being.. get a ipod, and just run and run.. start slow, over time it gets easier.. it’s never fun untill it becomes “automatic” beviour, may take months or years.. but its worth the endeavour!… you will “run” to get your fix… and you will return to life… with a elevated mindset.

    The pressure will …
    The pressure will ease when you lighten the expectations of what life amounts too, this helped me a little..

    Whenever there is radical pressure and extreme dread, it also helps to connect with nature…. i sit on the grass and dig my hands through the soil or lay in the sun for a good time!…….

    Try going to a solarium!, the Vitamin D hit really had profound impacts on mood.. Sun is soooo important..

    hey luvie:)got ur comment,its good to hear from u.let me know how u get on?who u seeing?anxiety and stuff-we all have sometimes it just comes out in some people more than others.nothing at all to beat yourself up over and certainly isnt weak,ill tell u that!!!sending loadsa hugs and loads luck.youll be fine,i know its the ‘in between’ thats almost the hardest to deal with while meds are chopped and changed and your shoved everywhere but things will come right for u.I believe it truely xxxxx

    Hmmm…I find that exercise is my most important antidepressant… It keeps me sane and balanced.
