    I think one thing ‘night owls’ must also ask themselves is, ‘why must I stay up so late? What is it that makes me want to stay up late?’ If the answer is ‘nothing important’ or ‘I can’t think of a concrete reason’ it might make altering one’s bedtime schedule easier to bear. If we’re not really doing anything special in the wee hours, we aren’t really missing anything going to bed earlier, and the ability to enjoy an early morning would be a real bonus to anticipate.
