Natural Cures For Insomnia?

Is there any natural cures for insomnia??? and is these cures are helpful in stress reduction???

The only one I know is to get so physically (as opposed to mentally) tired you can’t keep awake.
I had trouble sleeping when working nights.
Somebody bet me I couldn’t walk the 5 miles home, I won the bet and slept like a baby.

YES…I have insomnia. It runs in my family. Go to the vitamin isle and pick up some Melatonin. 3 mg. Dr’s will tell you this as an alternative to addicting sleeping pills. You will wake up fresh and go to sleep quickly. Plus its all natural. We all make melatonin, however some people don’t make enough. We get melatonin also from the sun. Ever wonder why we are tired after a day of being in it?…Meletonin is your answer. I swear by it!

Marijuana, if it is legal in your state/area. It helps great with insomnia and anxiety.

    1. Sleep routinely. Set a time to go to sleep everyday (For instance 9:00pm). Try not to stray from it.
    2. A warm cup of milk helps, too. (:
    3. Don’t eat within two hours of bed time.
    4. Avoid watching t.v. or using the computer or other bright lights before sleeping.

I’ll tell you a little secret that I won’t share with anyone.. Do a hot cold hydrotherapy it works wonders on your sleep.. What you do is take a very hot shower for 5 min, then switch to very cold water and repeat this sequence 7 times always end in cold.. What it does is it helps your blood circulate… You’ll instantly fall asleep once you lie on your bed..

To get proper sleep the body needs Tryptopan. This is not produced in the body and therefore the
natural source is food. But again if the food source is rich in protein the tryptopan has to compete
with other amino acids to reach the brain and is usually a loser. So the other remedy is
consuming food rich in tryptopan from carbohydrate source. Consumer whole wheat brown bread
to which you apply a thin film of peanut butter. Although peanut butter is protein the quantity is
minimal. Now fill this bread slice with thoroughly washed but unpeeled pieces of cucumber and
tomato slice. Consume this sand witch in the evening around 6p.m. If you have no problem with
lactose tolerance then wash down this sand witch with a cup of warm milk sweetened with honey
and by the time it is 10p.m. you will be in snooze land. Consume this for a week and be
satisfied it works without any side effects. Good luck and God bless. Cheers! :o)

look up Nardova by white tiger, it works well

insomnia can be caused by stress hormones out of balance , like cortisol, that keep a person awake ……..
you may need a good expert in hormones to help you straighten things out……eg..feelingfff.com
and endocrinologist or obgyn will not help you balance these hormones

you can find specialists in your area by contacting a compounding pharmacy and asking them who the doctors are in your area that test and balance hormones
