I’m not taking any drugs, legal or otherwise.
I don’t drink anything with caffeine after 6.
My room is reasonably well ventilated.
But still I wake up in the middle of the night, every night, and can’t get back to sleep for at least an hour afterwards.
Is there anything I can do about this, or am I just going to have to live with it?

I agree with the person above, it sounds like you’ve just got into a routine of waking up at that time. I’d love to help but i’m not sure what you can do about this.

Insomnia is a lot worse, I had insomnia for around 3 years where I was living on 2 hours of sleep a night.

I don’t know if that’s insomnia… You’re just in a routine of waking up at that time.

I’m on medication for insomnia as I collapsed at work when I hadn’t slept for 72 hours.

The same problem that I have. Reading books helps. Besides If you do not sleep daytime and sleep late at night, that way You shouldn’t be waking up in the middle of the night.
You will get a comprehensive guide @ http://bit.ly/2ORhcO
