Help! Any cures for insomnia!!!!!?
13 Oct 2008
I have so far slept a total of 7hrs in 8 days, and I’m going crazy!!! I have never had this problem in the past, sure there were times when I couldn’t sleep or I had restless nights but in general I slept like a baby! However now I'm convinced that I have a terrible case of insomnia! I can be dead tired all day, to the point where my eyes are closing and watering but as soon as I get in bed Boom my eyes are wide open and I'm wide awake! UGH! Are there any cures for insomnia!!! This is definitely not good for my health so please HELP!
Note: it takes me FOREVER to fall asleep, and if I'm falling asleep the slightest thing will disturb me! I'm sick of this, I'm looking liek sh*t because of this!!! *cries*!
Ugh….maybe I'm just stressed??
This is extremely serious and I don't think that YAHOO is the answer. You should see a doctor.

ok so heres the thing..check out your emotional state..fears,bills,diet,and if you do shift-work like i do.secondly keep your sleep space calm and tranquil try to go to bed at the same time…even if you cant sleep stay still your body will slowly adjust..finally hot milk half teaspoon sugar half hour before bed it triggers the sleep response for most good luck

I often find myself in the same position as you. I will lay in bed and never be able to fall asleep because im too busy thinking about what will happen tomorrow or something about life. The only way i can get to sleep is to go in a dream-like state. A few ways to help you get in this state is by taking 1 or 2 sleeping pills (determined on how awake you are). The sleeping pills usually force you to go in a dream like state which makes it easier to fall asleep. If this isnt your problem then you should just ask a doctor. There is actually medicine for insomniacs (like those hosted on tv). Good luck.

That sounds like sleep Apnea. You need to see a specialist to get tested for possible medical causes of not being able to sleep. Most people with sleep Apnea don't know they're breathing actually STOPS hundreds of times a night and wakes them up.
You need to see a specialist to get the treatment you need. There are no over the counter or "natural" remedies that will treat Apnea.

i think you should do a lot of execrcise(intense work out session), get yourself tired and may be you'll fall asleep.
if you have lots of stress try finding peace of mind. get rid of all you thoughts, just relax. take a shower before you go to bed. that might help.
hope it works for you +)
if it doesn't you must go to a doc or you can do to the doc before trying all of this

Insomnia is often caused by fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs, caffeine, depression or sometimes for no apparent reason. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. Soak a tablespoon of mint leaves in a cup of water for an hour, drink every night. Check out http://useinfo-insomnia.blogspot.com/ for more info

There are lots of ways you can do in order to treat insomnia and any other sleep problems but a lot of people prefer to treat their sleepless nights with natural or herbal sleep aids. These products are made from completely all natural ingredients and the likelihood of an allergic reaction isn't very high. Another benefit of taking the all natural route to better sleep is that you won't have to deal with lethargic feeling in the morning. After all, the whole point of using a sleep aid is to feel better, not more tired. Products that contain melatonin or a valerian root sleep aid are good choices. Consider using an all natural product like Sleep So Good cream to get you through the night safely and effectively.
