I have insomnia, and I can’t stand it. Are there any cures? If so, what are they?

sorry, the only cure is to resolve the cause… and that only works for emotional insomnia- brought on by depression, grief, and overall overthinking.

Is there any natural cures for insomnia??? and is these cures are helpful in stress reduction???

The only one I know is to get so physically (as opposed to mentally) tired you can’t keep awake.
I had trouble sleeping when working nights.

I just turned 17 and I’ve been suffering from insomnia for around a year now. I’ve tried a lot of natural remedies like cutting out sugar, caffeine and fatty foods, tried warm baths before bed, exercising more but nothing worked.
My doctor gave me some sleeping pills, they worked for awhile but now i need a higher dosage.
I don’t want to keep taking them and I feel like I’ve tried everything the doctor told me to try.
Can anyone suggest anything for me?

Try alternative drug free therapies such as deep breathing exercises. Just concentrate on your breathing and think only of the word, ’sleep’ and ‘relax’.

Maybe you need to wear earplugs.
