kamikaze asked: I wouldn’t call myself an imsoniac but I’m a light sleeper and have a sleep disorder.
Are there any kinds of herbal tea or herbs that will lead me to heavy sleep?
I heard a lavender is good but I want to try something else.
Could you refer me any herbal tea that will be helpful for my light sleeping?

AmberNicole asked: I have a terrible insomnia problem and nothing seems to be working. So I thought I’d give acupuncture a chance. I just don’t understand how this will work for insomnia. Some info would be great! I’m on my last legs trying to sleep.

animemangafan asked: I have insomnia. N doctor told me so, but I am smart enough to figure it out on my own. No matter how early I try to go to sleep, I never get to sleep before 2 AM. Need help. I don’t want to go out of my way and it can’t be too expensive.

joe friday’s grrl asked: I don’t know much about reflexology, just that certain places on the hands and feet correspond to various other parts of the body and its organs. But does reflexology offer anything in the way of help for better sleep? I’ve had chronic insomnia following a traumatic event a decade ago. It’s hard for me to fall asleep, stay asleep, or sleep deeply, and my health has really suffered as a result. No pharmaceuticals (I’ve tried them ALL), herbal remedies or “sleep hygiene” tips I’ve been given over the years has done a bit of good. I’m planning to try hynpnotherapy, EMDR and Alpha-Stim soon with a new, very experienced therapist, but was also curious about reflexology.

hopeihelpedu asked: I’ve tried exercise, melatonin tea, hot baths, warm milk, hot shower. Relaxation techniques. It’s getting really bad and I’m even starting to hallucinate from sleep deprivation some days. Ambien is completely out as an alternative.I’d like to avoid prescriptions if at all possible. Serious answers only, please, as I’m not finding the challenge humerous at all. It’s impacting my health in other areas. Thank you.

bastian915 asked: Calcium and Magnesium are supposed to help create a restful night’s sleep but I’m wondering which forms of them would be the best for that purpose. I’ve heard Calcium Lactate is very absorbable and the same for magnesium oxide, but I don’t know which would be better to help with sleep?
any suggestions.
